• Casadaeng Apartments in Hua Hin (2007) Low-rise apartments around a central garden with large swimming pool and mature existing trees, in Khao Takiab, just 300 m from the beach behind Anantasila Villa Hotel. Only 1 apartment per floor, each with large covered out-door living areas (terraces) and balconies. Phase 1 has only 6 large and luxurious apartments, Phase 2 (CD2) will have another 9 units (two houses, 6 large apartments and one double-height artist’s studio with large north-facing windows). Construction is scheduled to start in mid 2008.

• Low-cost staff housing for hotel in Hua Hin (2007) As with our earlier project of low-cost housing in Bangkok after a fire in the Soi Polo community area (see below), this small project is another attempt to build decent accommodation for maids + staff of a hotel, 25 rooms, at very low cost (B 8,000 per sqm), using load-bearing block walls instead of a more expensive but more common re-inforced concrete columns + beam structure. Construction is scheduled to start mid 2008.

• Bearing Residence, Sukhumvit 107, Bangkok (2007) Low-cost condominium at the outskirts of Bangkok with 78 units, mostly small 32 sqm studio apartments for first time buyers. This is part of a whole new development, the first phase were the Bearing Home-Office buildings (see atrium website private houses), another part will be a covered market/shopping area. The scheme shows one of atrium design’s main concerns and interests: to provide low-cost and affordable residential design schemes which, at the same time, are architecturally as interesting, good and well designed as expensive apartment buildings and private houses.

• Tonson Residence (2005) New 8-storey apartment building in the centre of Bangkok with 21 luxury large apartments.

• The Oasis (2004) Conversion of an office tower in Soi Pipat, Bangkok, into 68 studio apartments, making the facades colourful, bold, simple, asymmetrical and covering the postmodern tower with a "green mountain". To rent studio apartment at The Oasis contact Atrium Design.

• Saladaeng House (2002) Conversion of abandoned office building into serviced studio apartments with ground floor restaurant and rooftop garden terrace.

• Low Cost Housing (2001) Small 1-room apartments in local inner-city communities in Bangkok for low income residents. Proposal after a slum fire destroyed numerous houses in Soi Polo. Not built.

• Condo Khun Jid (2001) Former Romanian Embassy in Bangkok, converted into 11 luxury apartments for rent, with large balconies for living rooms facing swimming pool and garden, and a colourful shading/privacy screen in front of bedrooms and kitchens facing a run-down housing estate.

• Chateau Annex (1998) Abandoned office tower structure, constructed up to 2nd. floor only before the economic crisis in 1997, re-designed and extended as 8 storey residential building (Annex) with double-storey-height duplex apartments next to existing Condo "Chateau Langsuan" in Bangkok.

• Polo Residence (1997) Re-design of postmodern front elevation making it asymmetrical with red stair tower in axis of approach road (Soi Polo, Bangkok). No changes of floor plans were allowed since all apartments were already pre-sold.
